Accountability and transparency are the hallmarks of strong and effective union. These principles lead to, and are essential for, improved governance and reduced corruption. They allow the members to feel confident and connected, leading to greater participation and inclusion. 

I will to foster an environment that  engages the membership of the HSU and ensures that its representatives reflects the diversity and makeup of its membership.
